Capti Group is a London-based company that owns and operates a boutique outsourcing business in the Philippines. We deliver high-quality offshore and remote teams for international clients.

Historically, we have engaged various sales personnel, incurring significant cost without measurable commercial outcomes. As a result, we are taking a more strategic approach: rather than hiring sales staff, we are seeking a sales partner—someone who can materially contribute to revenue growth and, upon achieving agreed milestones, participate in ownership of the business.

The Partner We Are Seeking, We are looking for a Director of Sales Partner with proven experience selling and closing offshore or outsourcing services to foreign clients, particularly within:

  • BPO / KPO
  • Staff augmentation
  • Offshore development
  • Virtual Assistant (VA) agencies
  • Managed services

This role is suited to a commercially minded sales leader who can independently source, negotiate, and close deals—then help shape a scalable sales function.

Non-Negotiable Criteria, We will conduct due diligence. Candidates must be able to evidence the following:

  • Proven Closing Ability
  • Demonstrated history of independently closing deals (not merely supporting or assisting sales teams).
  • Industry Expertise
  • Strong understanding of pricing models, margins, buyer objections, contract structures, and negotiations within outsourcing.
  • Executive-Level Communication
  • Confident engaging with founders, CEOs, and senior decision-makers.
  • Commercial Mindset
  • Focused on revenue growth, profitability, and long-term business value—not task execution.
  • Relevant Experience
  • 5–15 years in BPOs, IT outsourcing, staff augmentation, or VA agencies.

Partnership & Compensation Structure, We offer two flexible models designed to align incentives and reward performance.

Option A: Revenue Share with Equity Vesting

  • Commission: 7.5%–25% on closed deals
  • Equity Vesting: Equity is granted upon achieving agreed milestones, such as:
  • Closing a defined number of clients
  • Achieving a defined revenue threshold
  • Sustained performance over an agreed period

Option B: Performance-Triggered Equity

  • Compensation: No salary. A small retainer may be considered after an agreed probationary period, subject to performance.
  • Equity Unlock: Equity is granted after securing 3–5 paying clients, each retained by Capti Group for a minimum of 120 days.

Validation & Trial Process (Before Equity Is Granted) To ensure mutual alignment and credibility, the following process applies:

  • Track Record Evidence:
  • Names of companies where deals were closed (anonymised acceptable).
  • Deal Metrics:
  • Typical deal sizes and contract values.
  • Market Experience:
  • Geographies and industries where deals were won.
  • Sales Cycle Insight:
  • Average sales cycle length.
  • Trial Period:
  • A 30–60 day trial, with full autonomy over sales activity.
  • Access Provided:
  • Full visibility of our services, pricing, and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Clear KPIs:
  • Success is measured only by closed deals—not demos booked or pipelines built.
