Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and user engagement Create, schedule, and distribute compelling content across all social media channels Design attractive social media posters and graphics Monitor, evaluate, and report on the success of social media campaigns Direct traffic to social media posts and the company’s website through strategic content and interaction Create and oversee paid social media advertising campaigns to optimise return on investment Stay informed on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices Conduct research on market trends and competitor actions to guide content and strategy Engage with followers, address inquiries, and manage online community interactions Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing strategies
