**Order Processing Time:**
Upon the successful completion of payment via Square, Easy Outsourcing shall initiate the processing of your order without delay. The duration of processing may vary depending on the nature of the service requested and the specific stipulations detailed in the job description.
**Communication and Collaboration:**
Effective communication between clients and Easy Outsourcing is crucial to ensure the precise and timely execution of services. Clients are responsible for supplying all essential information and materials necessary for the successful fulfilment of the service. **Deposit Policy:**
Clients are required to remit a deposit equivalent to fifty percent of the initial month’s service fee at the commencement of an order. This deposit secures the commitment of both parties and shall be deducted from the total service fee upon the completion of the contract.
**Service Delivery:**
Easy Outsourcing is dedicated to delivering high-quality services within the mutually agreed-upon timelines. Clients will receive timely updates and notifications regarding the progress of the service through the Easy Outsourcing platform.
**Refund Policy:**
Easy Outsourcing adheres to a no-refund policy, barring instances where the service has been terminated before the scheduled end date. Refund requests will be considered solely if the client terminates the service prior to the agreed-upon end date, provided such requests are submitted within thirty days of service termination.
**Dispute Resolution:**
In the event of any disputes or disagreements between clients and Easy Outsourcing contractors, both parties are encouraged to resolve the matter through open communication. Easy Outsourcing may intervene in the dispute resolution process to facilitate a fair and equitable solution.
**Payment Confirmation:**
Upon the successful completion and delivery of the service, clients are obligated to confirm the acceptance of the service through the Easy Outsourcing platform. Such confirmation initiates the completion of the transaction, and funds will be processed via the Square payment system.
**Cancellation Policy:**
Clients may request the cancellation of a service order by providing a thirty-day notice period. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the Easy Outsourcing platform.
**Currency Information:**
All transactions conducted on Easy Outsourcing are executed in United States Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), and British Pounds (GBP), depending on the client’s location. Currency conversion rates will be determined by Square’s payment system.
**Security and Privacy:**
Easy Outsourcing places a high priority on the security and privacy of payment information processed through Square. All financial transactions are securely conducted through Square’s payment gateway, and sensitive information is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
